Join us live from Endor HQ or online for a session on opening up to what comes our way, guided by neuroscientist Tovy Dinh, MD.
So many of us are practiced givers but reluctant receivers. We deflect compliments, wave off help, insist we're fine on our own. Yet every time we receive, we hand someone else the chance to be generous. This practice is about receiving: softening our resistance to what's offered, so that giving and taking can flow freely between us.
Just as the brain is wired to take in the world, every sense gathering signals, every neuron receiving before it sends, we too are built to receive. Through guided breathwork, mindfulness, and sound, we'll practice noticing the quiet abundance already around us, the small offerings we tend to overlook, and we'll let ourselves take them in fully.
Expect to leave feeling fuller, more grateful, and more open.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a quiet space, and an openness to receive.
