Discover how your HRV makes you stress resilient

Special Live Event — Dr. Patrick Celka on HRV & Biofeedback

We are hosting a special live event and would love for you to join us.

On Saturday 14 March, we welcome Dr. Patrick Celka, one of the true pioneers in heart rate variability research and biofeedback.

For more than four decades Patrick has helped shape the field from the inside, contributing to the development of HRV science through collaborations with Polar, and now as an advisor and content maker for Endor.

Earlier in his life Patrick also spent time living as a monk. He spent a full immersive year studying and practicing Mahayana Buddhism in Italy at the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute and then found his spiritual teacher in 2008 (Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, ChNN) in the Tibetan tradition of Dzogchen in Italy. He learned the basics of the Tibetan Yoga of Movement called Yantra Yoga and learned the Yogic breathing techniques in the Dzogchen community of ChNN, which he practices still today, together with Qi work, which he learned since 2004 in Australia. His work beautifully bridges rigorous science with a deep understanding of breath, awareness, and the nervous system.

It is rare to have access to someone who has spent a lifetime advancing this field, both technically and practically.

The evening will be broadcast live and is open to our community. You are warmly welcome to tune in.
